Tom Maiorana
The Prototyping Systems Lab is led by Tom Maiorana. He has designed experiences for Capital One, Intuit and he helped conceptualize and launch the Hive at the Claremont Colleges. Tom is also an Associate Professor in the Department of Design at University of California, Davis. His research explores the ways which low-resolution prototypes can be used in service of systemic change. Tom has an MFA in design from Stanford University and a BA in American Culture from Vassar College.
